MANDALA.EXE -- A Meditation assistance program for Microsoft Windows
This program was written as a learning exercise. If you run it under
Windows, you will see a pretty circular pattern displayed on your screen.
The "Setup" menu contains a couple of options. You can select "Color"
or "B & W" (Black and White) to determine the colors used to draw the
pattern. Color uses a palette of seven colors on a black background,
B&W uses white on a black background. The "Color" option can be used
on monochrome systems, it will produce a pattern that changes as opposed
to the steady white version that "B&W" produces.
The "Full Screen" option, when selected, will "zoom" the window to a
full screen (or unzoom if you zoomed it before selecting full screen
mode) mode and the program will also "take over" the caption and menu
bars as well as the client area. If you move the mouse cursor off of the
screen, you will see an unobstructed view of the pattern. You can use
the Alt-Keys (or the mouse if you aim in the right spot and click) to
exit the full-screen mode.
Mandala is isotrophic which means it will maintain its circularity no
matter what the shape of it's window. It also runs as an icon. I have
not tested it yet under Windows v2.00, but it is pretty well behaved
so it will probably work..
If you enjoy this program a lot or are using it for demonstrations,
please consider sending a donation to a starving programmer... I have
forked over considered dinero for the Windows Software Development Kit
and while giving away goodies I produce is fun, it does help when people
encourage me to put things in the public domain by sending in a donation.
Just $5 or $10 would help boost my morale a lot.
Make checks payable to Kim Levitt and send to:

You donation is NOT tax-deductible, but think of it as an investment
in the future which may bring even more "freebies" like this one.
